Hugh T. Regan, Jr. has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since joining the Company in April 1996 and was elected Secretary in December 1999. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Regan was the Vice President of Finance for Value Property trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (the “Trust”). From 1995 until he joined the Company, Mr. Regan was the Chief Financial Officer of the Trust. Mr. Regan holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rider University Mr. Regan sits on the Board of the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey and is also their Treasurer. and is a Certified Public Accountant.
