Island Vacations from Island Travel OnlineYou are never going to believe these amazing cave hotels in Turkey I saw online. I consider myself a fairly adventurous guy, and I do not shrink from a challenge. I have been backcountry hiking in Florida. A few years ago, I logged almost 10,000 miles in the American Southeast on a backpack vacation. However, my search online for a new travel adventure turned up something utterly out of the ordinary. I have been underground in caves before. There are a number of natural formations in the United States that offer tours. However, I have never heard of any cave hotel in North America that involves cave camping. Spelunking maybe, but not camping. Nevertheless, there are online hostel websites that will let you book accommodations in underground caves in Turkey. The rationale seems to be that the temperature below ground is consistently cool and comfortable. You can also avoid uncomfortable daytime heat.
